Precision Protection Warranty

Coverage Duration: 1 Year from the Date of Purchase

What is Covered:

This Precision Protection Warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, Brick Arsenal will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What is Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• Damage resulting from improper use, abuse, neglect, accident, or any unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product.
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic damage, fading, scratches).
• Use of the product in a manner other than intended (e.g., using the toy gun in water or outdoors in severe conditions).

Warranty Period:

The Precision Protection Warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:

To obtain warranty service, the customer must contact Brick Arsenal here to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) is required to validate the warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability:

Brick Arsenal is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. In no event shall the total liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
