How long does it take to get a response?

We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM ET). Order-related issues are prioritized and often resolved same-day.

I received the wrong item or my order is damaged — what do I do?

Select "Order Issue" from the dropdown above and include your order number plus a photo of the issue if possible. We'll get a replacement or refund sorted right away — no need to ship anything back in most cases.

How do I return or exchange a product?

Please review our Return & Refund Policy first, then submit a request with "Returns & Exchanges" selected. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions within 24 hours.
