SHIPPING POLICY
At Brick Arsenal, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA, Canada & Mexico)
All domestic orders ship from our North American warehouse.
Typical delivery time: 8–12 business days
Subject to delays from holidays, carrier issues, and other factors outside our control.
Order cutoff: 1:00 PM ET, Monday – Friday
Orders placed before the cutoff ship same day. Orders placed after begin processing the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders ship directly from our manufacturer and are delivered on a best-effort basis.
Estimated delivery time: 12–20 business days
Please note: our North American warehouse ships to the US, Canada, and Mexico only. International orders are fulfilled directly by our manufacturer.

All delivery timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, holiday volume, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. We do not provide specific delivery dates — please use the ranges above as your guide.

CARRIERS
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location and the fulfillment source handling your order.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping time begins from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance, carrier issues, or peak seasons.
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more days, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@brickarsenal.co. If your order has already shipped, we cannot update the address or issue a refund until the package is returned to us.

LOST PACKAGES
A package is considered lost only after 30 days from the shipment date. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements before this window has passed.
Please contact us if you believe your package may be lost, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

STOCK & BACKORDERS
We do our best to keep all items in stock. If an item in your order is on backorder and the expected wait is longer than 7 days, we will contact you directly with options.
