Most orders are delivered within 7–21 business days. Tracking updates may not appear immediately — some carriers update less frequently during transit, and gaps of several days between scans are completely normal.

Your tracking will update automatically as your package moves through the shipping network. No action is needed on your part unless noted below.

If your tracking has shown no updates for 14 or more days, don't panic — reach out to our support team and we'll investigate the status of your shipment and make it right.

Shipping FAQ

How long does shipping take?

Most domestic orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Some shipments may take up to 21 business days depending on your location and carrier routing. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is that normal?

Yes! Carriers don't scan packages at every stop. It's completely normal for tracking to go silent for 3–7 days during transit. This doesn't mean your package is lost — it's simply moving between facilities. If it's been more than 14 days with no update, contact us and we'll look into it.

My tracking says "Info Received" — what does that mean?

"Info Received" means the shipping label has been created and the carrier has been notified. Your package is being prepared and queued for pickup. It's completely normal for this status to remain for 7–12 days before the first transit scan appears — this does not mean your order is stuck. Once the carrier picks up and scans your package, tracking will begin updating automatically.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update your address. Email us at support@brickarsenal.co as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order is in transit, we cannot redirect it.

What if my package shows as delivered but I didn't receive it?

First, check around your property — porches, side doors, mailboxes, and with neighbors. Some carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before the actual drop-off. Also keep in mind that your order may have shipped in multiple parcels with separate tracking numbers — check your email for additional shipping confirmations. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
