BRICKARSENAL PROTECTION PLAN


BrickArsenal Shield™ — 6-Month Protection Plan

Coverage Period: 6 months from the date of original purchase

Price: $12.95 (one-time, per product)


What's Covered

The BrickArsenal Shield™ Protection Plan covers the following when they occur under normal, intended use during the coverage period:

Manufacturing Defects

  • Defects in materials or workmanship that were present at the time of production
  • Structural failures of the blaster body, grip, rail system, or stock that occur under normal use
  • Trigger mechanism failure or malfunction
  • Slide release mechanism failure
  • Shell ejection mechanism failure (failure to eject, internal mechanism breakage)

Battery & Electrical Failures

  • Battery fails to hold a charge within the first 6 months
  • Battery does not charge when connected to the included charger
  • Charging system malfunction (charger unit failure)
  • Electrical motor failure on full-auto blasters

Internal Component Damage

  • Internal spring breakage or deformation
  • Internal gear or motor failure
  • Firing mechanism failure (blaster will not fire darts despite proper loading and charged battery)
  • Magazine release mechanism failure

What's NOT Covered

The following are excluded from coverage under the BrickArsenal Shield™ Protection Plan:

Normal Wear & Tear

  • Cosmetic damage including scratches, scuffs, paint wear, or fading
  • Natural battery degradation over time with regular use
  • Loosening of moving parts (rail attachments, magazine fit) from repeated use
  • Wear to external surfaces from normal handling

User-Caused Damage

  • Damage resulting from drops, impacts, throwing, or physical force
  • Damage caused by stepping on, sitting on, or crushing the product
  • Water damage or exposure to excessive moisture
  • Exposure to extreme heat, direct prolonged sunlight, or freezing temperatures
  • Modifications, disassembly, or aftermarket alterations of any kind
  • Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose

Ammunition & Feeding

  • Dart jamming of any kind
  • Feeding issues caused by third-party or non-BrickArsenal darts
  • Magazine jamming or misfeeding
  • Shell casing jams

Accessories & Consumables

  • Darts, shell casings, and foam ammunition
  • Tactical attachments (scopes, lasers, grips, flashlights)
  • Cosmetic accessories (patches, dog tags, stickers)

Other Exclusions

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Products with removed or altered serial markings
  • Loss or theft of the product
  • Damage incurred during shipping (covered separately by our shipping damage policy)

How to File a Claim

Filing a claim under the BrickArsenal Shield™ Protection Plan is simple:

Step 1: Email our support team at support@brickarsenal.co with the subject line "Protection Plan Claim — [Your Order Number]"

Step 2: Include the following in your email:

  • Your original order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo or short video showing the defect or malfunction

Step 3: Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and respond with a resolution.


How Claims Are Resolved

Replacement Parts: If the issue can be resolved with a replacement component (battery, charger, spring, internal mechanism), we will ship the replacement part to you at no cost. You do not need to return the defective product.

Full Replacement: If the issue cannot be resolved with a replacement part, we will ship a complete replacement unit to you at no cost. You do not need to return the defective product.

All replacements are shipped via standard shipping at no charge to the customer. Expedited shipping for replacement items is available at the customer's expense upon request.


Important Terms

  • The BrickArsenal Shield™ Protection Plan is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Coverage begins on the date the order is delivered (based on carrier delivery confirmation) and expires exactly 6 months from that date.
  • Each Protection Plan covers one (1) product. If your order contains multiple products, a separate Protection Plan must be purchased for each item you wish to cover.
  • The Protection Plan entitles you to one (1) claim during the coverage period. After a successful claim and replacement, the coverage is considered fulfilled.
  • BrickArsenal reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a covered defect. Our team may request additional photos, videos, or information to assess your claim.
  • Replacement products or parts are not covered by a new Protection Plan unless a new plan is purchased separately.
  • Refunds are not issued under this plan. All claims are resolved through replacement parts or replacement products only.
  • If your product model is out of stock at the time of your claim, we will offer a comparable replacement model or store credit equal to the original purchase price of the product.

Cancellation & Refund of the Protection Plan

  • The Protection Plan may be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no claim has been filed.
  • After 7 days, the Protection Plan is non-refundable.
